It’s become a staple of our daily lives

in the world.

But my staff will waste too much time on Facebook!It doesn’t have to be a time suck:
● Create a Content Calendar
● Schedule posts in advance
● Spend 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before the end of the
day replying to comments, messages, etc.
● Have multiple Administrators (with varying degrees of responsibility) to
spread out the work
● Use a 3rd Party Management tool or Agency (*wink)
Plus, if you have staff under 30, they probably already know how to do all this
quickly.
