Boscawen's first Public Library and Hall of Records

Designed in 1912 by famed architect Guy Lowell

Land given by Frank Lawrence Gerrish

Building was completed in 1913

Slate roof leaks

Brickwork mortar deteriorated

Water damage to both interior and exterior woodwork

Basement sheetrock extensively damaged

No mechanical ventilation in place

Lighting outdated
