Almost one year after the first event, leaders from the Narrative Project have continued to conduct diversity workshops to increase awareness for the need for diversity and inclusivity.
As part of the cultural competency training, leaders from the Narrative Project facilitate “privilege walks” which is an exercise that allows participants to understand their position in the caste system of race and wealth.
