1. Realised 3 hydrogen refueling stations by Air Liquide (Rotterdam) and H2Logic (2 in DK)

2. National implementation plans for hydrogen in Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Sweden. Started before EU’s Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Directive calls upon each member state to develop a national plan for the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructures by 2016

3. Compared national plans to define recommendations for deployment in TEN-T transport corridors in one Synchronising implementation plan

Evolution of a European hydrogen refuelling station network by mobilizing the local demand and value chains

• Studies to map locally available pathways for hydrogen production from renewable energy sources and establish the provision of hydrogen for real life tests

• Build new stations in Riga, Pärnu and Arnhem and plan for additional capacity for these cities

• Trolley buses with fuel-cell range extenders, hydrogen buses and cars will be tested at the stations, and further growth of fleets by engaging local and regional actors in building the business case throughout the value chain
