• No foundations are required—any level stable ground is suitable. No Building permits.

• The units are completely portable and reusable. Set up / take down time is +/- 2 hours. The project as recommended includes 2 - One4Haul

Ultimate Portable Buildings, site connected. The units can be disconnected and used separately in a future applications if required.

• The units are prewired, plumbed and insulated including light fixtures and HVAC. (NEMA 4 wiring suitable for wet service conditions) Set up /

take down is hydraulically automated. They can be connected to domestic or portable power supply. Exhaust ventilation systems included.

Sprinkler systems available.

• Non-combustible construction. (Steel siding over structural steel and aluminum framing)

• A 1500 gallon integral waste containment tank is built into the floor below the self-draining drive surface.

• Low maintenance and high resale value.
