Sniff: clean, intense flavors as apple, lime, white flowers, white bread

Sip: crispy high acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, amazing champagne. It has beautiful creamy structure with apple, lemon flavors.

Sum: great, well-developed champagne with long finish
