Milk chocolate mousse with
raspberries
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
4 tablespoons of sugar
A cup of raspberries
Preparation Melt the chocolate in a double sauce pan or microwave low level and stir
every 30 seconds
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns pale
Add the melted chocolate to the eggs
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they are stiff
Mix a few spoons of the egg white with the chocolate
Fold in the rest of the egg white very carefully
Poor the chocolate mousse in the glasses layer by layer and between
every layer you put some raspberries
And you finish with more raspberries on the top
Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving
