• Ingredients:

o 1¼ cup PB Fit

o 1 cup whole wheat flour

o 1 tsp. sea salt

o 1 tsp. baking soda

o 1 cup BetterBody Foods Organic Coconut Palm Sugar

o ½ cup BetterBody Foods Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (slightly

soft)

o 1 tsp. BetterBody Foods Organic Madagascar Bourbon

Vanilla

o 2 eggs

o 1 bag of dark chocolate chips (12 oz.)

• Instructions:

• 1. In a mixing bowl, combine PB Fit, flour, salt, and

baking soda.

• 2. In a separate bowl, combine coconut palm

sugar, coconut oil, eggs, agave nectar, and vanilla.

Beat with a mixer for about a minute until well

blended.

• 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and blend for

about a minute until creamy. If too liquidy, add up

to a ¼ cup more PB Fit.

• 4. Add chocolate chips and mix well.

• 5. Put in refrigerator for about 5 minutes so dough

becomes more firm and easier to work with.

• 6. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop dough onto

baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let sit for 1

minute and then transfer to a cooling rack.
