  • 2. Goal: How to make chocolate pudding Material : - Agar-agar white 1 pack - Milk 400 ml liquid - 50 g Dark cooking chocolate, chopped - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar - 1 egg yolk, beaten - Egg whites 3 eggs
  • 3. For the tool : pan bowl stove spoon mold refrigerator water
  • 4. For the Garnish: - Sauce Vanilla / Chocolate - Chocolate shaved
  • 5. Step: How to make: Agar-agar is cooked with milk, chocolate, sugar over medium heat until hot. Then take a bit of dough, then mix with egg yolks, pour back into hot mixture. Cook until boiling. Lift. Beaten egg whites until fluffy and up. Then pour the hot gelatin mixture gradually while stirring constantly until well blended. Save or pour into a mold. Allow it to freeze, so quickly refrigerate until cold. And prepared pudding served with a complement.
