STEP ONE * Preheat your oven to 350˚F. Prepare the cupcake tray by adding colorful cupcake papers.

STEP TWO * In a small bowl, break the eggs carefully making sure that there are no pieces of shell. Beat the eggs light with a whisk.

STEP THREE * In a medium size mixing bowl add all of the dry ingredients and mix together.

STEP FOUR * Add the eggs to the dry mixture. Mix using an electric mixer for two minutes or until the mixture is light and fluffy.

STEP FIVE* Using a spoon carefully pour the batter into the cupcake papers. Make sure to only fill them halfway.

STEP SIX * Place the cupcakes in the oven. Set your time for 18-20 minutes. The cupcakes are done when they have risen and are firm.

STEP SEVEN * Remove cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool for 3-5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and allow them to cool for another 10-15 minutes.

STEP EIGHT * Now the cupcakes are reading for frosting and sprinkles.
