<ol><li> 1. HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES By: Alaysha Graff </li><li> 2. STEP ONE * Preheat your oven to 350F. Prepare the cupcake tray by adding colorful cupcake papers. </li><li> 3. STEP TWO * In a small bowl, break the eggs carefully making sure that there are no pieces of shell. Beat the eggs light with a whisk. </li><li> 4. STEP THREE * In a medium size mixing bowl add all of the dry ingredients and mix together. </li><li> 5. STEP FOUR * Add the eggs to the dry mixture. Mix using an electric mixer for two minutes or until the mixture is </li><li> 6. STEP FIVE * Using a spoon carefully pour the batter into the cupcake papers. Make sure to only fill them halfway. </li><li> 7. STEP SIX * Place the cupcakes in the oven. Set your time for 18-20 minutes. The cupcakes are done when they have risen and are firm. </li><li> 8. STEP SEVEN * Remove cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool for 3-5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and allow them to cool for another 10- 15 minutes. </li><li> 9. STEP EIGHT * Now the cupcakes are reading for frosting and sprinkles. </li><li> 10.
