Homemade Hot Chocolate Ornaments

Ingredients:● 1 package(s) instant hot chocolate mix OR use the ingredients in our Homemade Hot Chocolate recipe to

add your personal touch! ● clear plastic fillable ornaments (amount varies depending on how many individual ornaments you want to

make)● colored candy sprinkles● chocolate chips● mini marshmallows● candy canes● gift tag or ribbon● funnel (to fit inside the top opening of the ornament)

Step 1:Start with a clear ornament and take the top off. Rinse the ornament with hot soapy water to ensure cleanliness. Once dry, keep top of ornament aside and begin step 2.

Step 2:Using the funnel, begin to fill each ornament with your desired ingredients. Start with the hot cocoa mix on the bottom. Depending on the size of the ornament, add as much of the mix according to your desired serving size. Following the mix, add the sprinkles, then chocolate chips and then the mini marshmallows. Leave a little room at the top of the ornament for easy removal of all ingredients.

Step 3:

Now that you are finished filling your ornament, it is time to put the top back on. Secure it tightly to ensure that none of the ingredients will spill out. Make sure to keep your ornaments upright so that the ingredients stay neatly in place and do not mix together.

Step 4:

Your hot chocolate ornaments are ready to go! You can now add ribbon or a gift tag to the top of the ornament. If you would like, you can write the suggested amount of hot water to use on the gift tag. You can individually wrap these ornaments or add them in with other gift recommendations! Enjoy!
