Moringa oleifera is is native to the sub-Himalayan tracts of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

This rapidly-growing tree also known as the horseradish tree, drumstick tree, benzolive tree, kelor, marango, mlonge, moonga, mulangay, nébéday, saijhan, sajna or Ben oil tree

The tree has height of 12 m with a diameter of 30 cm.

Kelor leaves are rich in compounds containing the simple sugar, rhamnose, and it is rich in a

fairly unique group of compounds called glucosinolates and isothiocyanates.

It can be concluded that kelor leaves contain more vitamin A than carrots, more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach, more vitamin C than oranges, and more potassium than bananas. The leaves are also free of antinutritive factors such as phenols, tannins and saponins.

Moringa oleifera leaves also rich in source of protein, vitamin C, calcium and potassium, carotenoids (including β-carotene or pro-vitamin A), and act as a good source of natural antioxidants

• Kelor leaves and roots boiled with water to treat rheumatism diseases, infections and eliminate interference urine (ureter smooth) and venereal disease.

• As a stimulus, old kelor/moringa seeds mixed with nutmeg to be destroyed powder, then mixed with water, then drink it.
