*CHICKEN WITH SAUCE

*INGREDIENTS: TOOLS:*Thyme Crock pot*Oil Tweezers*Salt Knife*1 onion *1 leek*2 garlics*2 carrots*Chicken pieces

*1. Prepare the oven at 180ºC.*2. Cut the carrots, leek and onion into slices.

*3. Put the oil, garlics, carrots, onion , leek and the chicken pieces in a cooking pot. Put thyme and salt.

4. Cook the cooking pot during 15 minutes in a slow fire. 5. Put the cooking pot in the oven for 35 minutes at 200ºC.
