<ul><li><p>5 Minute Cookie Dough Truffles</p></li><li><p>http://www.alazygirl.com/2013/10/5-minute-cookie-dough-truffles.html</p><p>Ingredients:1/2 cup packed almond meal or flour1/4 cup coconut palm sugar or brown sugar</p><p>1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp vanilla extract3 tbsp coconut oil (you could use butter) softened</p><p>1/4 cup chocolate chips1/2-1 tsp of water (if needed)</p></li><li><p>Instructions:1. Prepare a plate or tray with parchment or wax paper</p><p>2. In a medium bowl add 1st 3 ingredients, stir to combine</p><p>3. Add in vanilla and coconut oil, stir to combine</p><p>4. Mixture may seem dry, but press together with your fingers and </p><p>see if it holds together</p><p>5. If it does not hold together add in 1/2 tsp of water and </p><p>mix. Press together. Add water until it presses together.</p><p>6. This can get too wet very fast. If you accidentally add too much </p><p>water add in a tbsp of almond meal or flour at a time until it is </p><p>no longer too wet</p><p>7. Add chocolate chips and stir to combine </p><p>8. Take about 1/2 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball with your hands</p><p>9.
