SUN PROTECTION

The sun’s UV rays can be very damaging to your skin

Always remember to use sunscreen even on cloudy days

Add extra sunscreen between 10 am and 4 pm when the sun’s rays are the most dangerous

Opt to use a natural sunscreen which is better for your skin and the environment due to the lack of chemically active ingredients

TOPPING OFF YOUR CAR’S GAS TANK

Avoid overfilling your gas tank on hot days

Every gas spill evaporates which can add to air pollution

To err on the safe side, always maintain your gas tank with just enough fuel without it being filled to capacity or worst yet --- overfilled.

AIR QUALITY

Make sure to check your region’s air quality on a frequent basis
