Sponges
Sponges are animals of the phylum Porifera. They are multicellular organisms that have bodies full of pores and channels allowing water to circulate through them, consisting of jelly-like mesohyl sandwiched between two thin layers of cells
Sponges (PORIFERA) are simple aquatic animals which do not move from one place to another but they are fixed in one object.
Ancient Greek thought that they were plants.
They have a sac piercing pores hence the name Porifera.
Water containing food particles are taken into the body by the cavity.
Cavities are small holes or parts from their body.

Cnidarians
Cnidarians is a phylum containing over 10,000 species of animals found exclusively in aquatic and mostly marine environments. Their distinguishing feature is cnidocytes, specialized cells that they use mainly for capturing prey
Cnidarians are aquatic animals with a tube like structure body.
It has a single hole which takes in water as well agests food.
Cnidarians are radially symmetrical which means they are only symmetrical in one place .
They have tentacles in their body.
The tentacles are used to hunt and protect their selves.
