If 10 years ago someone had given suggestion to sell the pure water, I’m sure people made good joke or laughed a lot on him. But nowadays mineral or purified water is billion dollar industry. People are ready to spend 20 rupees for water bottle, because we know it’s not easy to get pure or clean water.

One thing is sure; in future we are going to get shortage of clean water.

Amount of fresh water in the World …Of all the water on Earth, only a small amount is available for us to use. It’s true!

96.5 % of the Earth’s water supply is salt water.

Only 2.8% is fresh water!

That 2.8% is divided like this:

• 0.76% is groundwater (we can use some of

this water)

• 0.0132% is in lakes and streams ( we can use

some of this water)

• 1.74% is in glaciers and icecaps

• 0.001% is water vapour.

Water is needed for the very survival of all

creatures. It is needed for all kinds of

vegetation and crops to grow. While our

demand for water has risen because of

rising population and growing

industrialization, it is high time we should

think for water conservation.

Anything is valuable in 2 situation –Before getting it, And after losing it.

WE should start saving water from now, if not then there will be no TOMORROW.!
