BOT/PPP model
By adopting elements of the BOT/PPP model we provide a full-spectrum service with a guaranteed option to transfer the title to the client.
Public-private partnership (BOT/PPP) are performance based contracts between a public agency and the private sector where the latter privately finances delivery of turn-key projects while assuming the majority of the (financial, technical and operational) risk.
Using the BOT/PPP model Abengoa has been able to offer packaged solutions that are tailored to the needs of its clients. Because Abengoa oversees design, construction and financial phases it ensures a low fixed water rate.
