How to use Study Hour Formula?• Step 1: Write down all your subjects on a piece of paper

• Step 2: Then write easy/ medium or difficult to study in front of each subject on the basis of how you find these subjects to study

• Step 3: Count the no. of easy subjects, no. of medium subjects and no. of difficult subjects

• Step 4: Now use the previous formula. Eg: say you have 2 subjects that you find easy then write 2 in front of easy in (A) column

• Step 5: Now allot time i.e. no. of hours to study these subjects. For eg: you may require less time to study easy subjects and more hours to study difficult subjects.

• Step 6: Fill out Column (A) and (B)

• Step 7: Multiply (A) * (B)

• Step 8: Add the Total column and write the answer in the red box

• Step 9: This red box is THE TOTAL NO. OF HOURS YOU NEED TO STUDY ALL THE SUBJECTS before your exam.

The Day of the Exam• Set your alarm and get up early.

• Eat a good breakfast, including simple sugars (fruit juice), complex carbohydrates (cereal or toast), and protein (milk, eggs, cheese). This will help your blood sugar stay at a stable level, and since your brain runs on sugar, you don't want to have an empty tank.

• Caffeine has been shown to increase alertness and performance.

• Allow plenty of time to reach your school for the exam.

• Carry a bottle of water so you don't get dehydrated during the exam period.

• Check your answersheet & correct spelling/grammatical errors if any

• If you still have some time left then draw a line between two answers to separate them which further makes your answersheet
