1. The factory is a “stand alone” facility that is not connected to the electricity

grid or any water supply.

2. Energy used is entirely generated by solar panels (and wind mills as

additional source of energy after factory expansion).

3. Beyond the parking lot the entire area is “carbon emission” free.

4. Rain water is discharged into the lake.

5. Wastewater from facilities and process are treated by biological wastewater

treatment plants that meet the strictest international standards.

6. Water stored in the lake is oxygenated and filtered by solar powered by water

pumps and filters. Sweet water shells and plants also contribute to cleanliness

and oxygenation of the lake water.

7. Cooking is done using own generated electricity only.

8. No fire, no burning is allowed on premises.

9. The land surrounding the lake and in front of the car park is planted with tree

and plants.

10. Vegetables and fruit grown on the land are used for cooking employees food.

11. Only organic and “non chemical” fertilizers are used.

12. All lightings (in buildings and outside) are LED.

13. Organic waste is composted and used as plant fertilizer.

14. Paper, plastic, glass,… waste is carefully separated before being sent for

recycling.

15. No gas is ever used in the factory.

16. The factory does not create any CO2 emissions.
