I have been playing World of Warcraft since it came out, so I have seen a ton of stuff. I got every
expansion the day it came out, no matter what (yes, that meant some sleepless nights outside of Best
Buy). As I have said in a few other articles, I have even lost a few buddies and girlfriends because of
this addicting game! All of that said, I have also tried a bunch of the World of Warcraft guides out there
these days. It seems like there’s a new one out every month, but there are only a few I recommend to
my buddies. One of those is the X-Elerated Warcraft Guide. Here’s my review of this guide, as well
as a short comparison against some of the other major guides out there. To make this guide easier to
read, I broke it down into each feature and a small explanation about each one.
Detailed Leveling Guides
One of the best things about this guide is the huge amount of knowledge in the leveling guides. That is,
after all, the main reason that anyone would buy a World of Wacraft guide, right? They want to hit
level 85 ASAP so they can go to all of the coolest raids and dungeons in the game. They can also kill
just about anything lower than 80 all by themselves, which is fun to do every once in a while. Each
leveling guide is based on questing, as that is by far the fastest way to level your toon. Even though a
lot of newbies still believe that grinding is the best way to level, there’s a reason why every guide on the
market tells you to quest! X-Elerated Warcraft Guide does this by putting a waypoint in the game
that you follow. It’s basically a little arrow that tells you exactly where to go for your next quest.
Basically all you do is run around following the arrows and profit.
Class Detection System
This is a pretty neat feature. This guide detects what class you are and makes sure that you hit that
class’s most important quests. While some classes are less dependent on this as others, it can save you
a lot of time and effort from having to go back to catch up with these quests later on.
In-Game Talent Tree Guide
Have you ever spent a bunch of points in a skill or tree just to realize later that you want those points
for something else? I think we all have, right? Well this guide has a built-in recommendation system
for where to put your talent tree points. It’s all in-game, so you don’t have to go into all of the World of
Warcraft forums to figure out the best build for your class. Currently X-Elerated Warcraft Guide
has three different recommendations- PVE, leveling, and PVP.
Mount Guide
To be honest, this is probably my favorite part of this guide. Besides the main leveling guide there are a
few others such as the Mount, Money-Making, Professions, and Daily Quest guides. While they’re all
kind of nice, I like this one the best. Having the sweetest mount in town is always fun-people ask where
you got it, how much it cost, etc. Knowing where to get the best ones without digging through tons of
forums is always nice.
Where X-Elerated is Lacking
While this wow guide is pretty good, it’s as good as Zygor or Dugi. For one thing, it just isn’t as
thorough. If you look at the sales page it will say that X-Elerated Warcraft Guide has all of these
great things that other guides don’t have- but that isn’t true. The main thing I would say that this guide
has that Zygor’s and Dugi’s don’t cover as well is the Mount Guide. For literally everything else, the
other guides are just as good. Plus, you just can’t beat Zygor’s Death Knight, Archaeology, and
Inscription guides. Zygor got them out extremely fast, which was helpful for all of their readers.

Conclusion
This guide is great, I recommend you but if u wanna see another guide check these guides; Zygor’s
Guide or Dugi’s Guide instead.
