Treatment Sheet We are opening our sequence with the idea of recreating the opening of Sunset Boulevard with a tilt to a street name and the credits running down the road. In terms of styling of our opening sequence we are taking influence from the 1940’s/50’s era with the men in suits and trilbies and the females in swing dresses with vintage styling hair curls, see image below. We have decided to use different types of shots inspired by noir films. For example the shot of just the legs in ‘Kiss Me Deadly’ is interesting. We are also having our film in black and white to fit in with the theme.

We are opening our sequence with the idea of recreating the opening of Sunset Boulevard with a tilt to a street name and the credits running down the road.

In terms of styling of our opening sequence we are taking influence from the 1940’s/50’s era with the men in suits and trilbies and the females in swing dresses with vintage styling hair – curls, see image below.

We have decided to use different

types of shots inspired by noir films.

For example the shot of just the legs in

‘Kiss Me Deadly’ is interesting. We

are also having our film in black and

white to fit in with the theme.
