Hershey used this blog to mainly try out new ideas before they released them to the

public.

This is where they first released the idea of the Bliss house party

The Bliss house party supplied people with party favors and their new Bliss chocolate to introduce it to the US.

There ended up being over 10,000 Bliss house parties across the US.

More than 129,000 people attended the Bliss parties.

The goal was to have word of mouth advertising.
