The Animals great game of Tag

1,2,3,4,….50! Ready or not here I

come!

The Coyote wants to play a game of tag so he gets all of his good animal friends to play. He starts off the game by counting to 50.

The Coyote finds the rattlesnake and tags him.

The rattlesnake goes to the kangaroo rats favorite eating spot

and waits.

The snake then tags the rat and runs off to hide.

The rat spots a raven and waits for it to land. When the raven lands it jumps out of the hole and tags it.

The raven then starts flying around and spots a lizard.

The lizard then sneaks around knowing he’ll have to tag someone

slow.

The lizard spots a plant, knowing the plant will have trouble tagging

someone else, and tags it.

The leaf, realizing how much trouble it’s going to have tagging someone, see’s a tortoise near by. It throws some leafs off into the wind, and it fly’s by and tags

the tortoise.

The tortoise walks off knowing the cactus is the only thing he can tag.

When the tortoise tags the cactus he gets thorns in his mouth and

complains that this is a dangerous game!

OUCH!!

The coyote who put the game together disagrees but stills stops the game so no one else will get

hurt.

STOP!!!

That night everyone helped get the thorns out of the tortoise.

All the animals go to bed except the cactus, because it realizes he still

has to tag someone!!!
