Overall benefits of this System for youThis computer is good because it has high quality components for a low price. It has a high amount of RAM that is needed for the computers and is kept cool by a suitable heat sink. I have used professional, attractive pieces of equipment which could draw people to using it more. I have also used Windows 7 as many people find windows 8 hard to use and can be quite confusing. I found suitable computer training that can train both the sales people and accounts as the same encase either of them need to switch where they are working at any time. I bought two different printers, one for Sales and one for accounts. This is because the sales team will have to print higher quality images for their leaflets and posters whereas the accounts team will mostly just have to print spreadsheets or word documents.

Overall drawbacks of this System for youOne drawback to my system is that it is not the most up to date of systems as it has not updated to Windows 8 however I chose not to do this because people found Windows 8 too confusing. I have also spent a lot of money on monitors and mouse rather than upgrading a graphics card or the RAM. Another drawback is that my computer case looks attractive but that might not always look professional aswell.

Overall benefits of this System for youI have spent a lot of money on different components to make the computer as fast as possible and so the company can hold as much data as possible. I have also spent a large amount of money again make this look as attractive as possible but I also have tried to make it look professional as well unlike the last one that looked attractive but not very professional. I bought windows 7 for the computers rather than windows 8 because more people find windows 7 easier to use and that it looks better. I also bought AVG anti-virus instead of Norton because AVG is seen as more reliable. This is an Intel computer rather than an AMD computer because my last one I made was AMD.

Overall drawbacks of this System for youOne drawback is that I have spent a lot of money on things that many not seem too important such as buying a 3TB hard drive per person. They might only ever need 1TB but I thought it might be best if they ever get a mass of data. I also spent £400 on a single monitor that looks nice rather than buying a better printer or PSU.
