THE CLASSROOM SCENESThe classroom we will use in our film will be older and darker looking to give it a daunting feeling

Page 3: Settings For Our Film Powerpoint

The whiteboard behind the teachers head which says what our character is feeling

We will have more writing on the board when filming to make it look more realistic.

Page 4: Settings For Our Film Powerpoint

A corridor we are planning to film in the school scenes

We are going to use a darker and older looking corridor because it would make the school look like a sad place for our character

Page 5: Settings For Our Film Powerpoint

The outside of the empty school

In this shot we will use a darker day to film so that the school looks sadder and shows the feelings of our main character.

A TREE BLOWING IN THE WIND TO SET THE SCENE

In this shot we are going to be looking up at the tree to give it a powerful feeling and as though it is towering over our main character.

The front of the school where our character will walk into school

With the shot of the school we will try three different angles with our camera to make the school look like a scary or a happy place

Page 8: Settings For Our Film Powerpoint

The front of school where we will do a pan shot when it is full of people

We will film this either at the beginning of school or at the end and film for longer than we need in case we find out it could be useful in our film as a scene setter.

We want a shot of a bus going across the front of school as it drops our character off

We think the shot with the gates in looks more effective because then we can then use a match on action to show our character walking into school

When we are fi lming on the bus we need to get more shots than we may need so it can be used if needed.

The front of school and the gates

We are going to f i lm in three di f ferent angles when she is walking into the school to show how she is feel ing and decide which looks best after.

Page 11: Settings For Our Film Powerpoint

The church used to set the scene before the graveyard scenes

Like with the school we will try three different angles on the church to show the effect it has on the main character and show how she feels.

Page 12: Settings For Our Film Powerpoint

The graveyard scenes

In the graveyard scenes we will try different angles looking at her as she is walking and film more footage than we need as she is walking .

Page 13: Settings For Our Film Powerpoint

The path our character will use walking to the grave

As our character is walking down this path we will fi lm her from different angles and pan around her using a bike so that we can drag out her walking to the grave without it being the same shot and this will make it more interesting.

Standing at the graveWhen she is stood at the grave use match-on-action so film from the grave looking at her then from her looking at the grave, this will show that she is looking at the grave and as though the grave is a character so we know their is a connection
