I produced a questionnaire and gave them to 30 people in our target audience range. This was to collect some helpful information for when it comes to creating our documentary. I asked various questions which would help me identify what our target audience is interested in and their likes and dislikes, helping me create a documentary that will appeal to them more.

By asking what channel our target audience most watch, we found out that E4 was the most popular. But as Channel 4 is the next most popular, we decided that we would use that for the channel we use to put our documentary on.

When we asked this question, we found that the recent new game, GTA 5, was the most popular which means that I can talk about it in the documentary. Talking about how popular ithas become and how much money it is.

Entertaining seems to be the more popular answer. Some people have said that it also preventsboredom. This means I can talk about how maybe boredom leads to the video games and how perhaps people to become more active and do a lot more to prevent boredom, therefore decreasing their time playing video games.

This pie chart shows that our target audience have mainly spent about £30 on a video game. Some even saying that they have spent £50 on video games. I could talk about money, and how people are spending it on video games, and how expensive they are. I could even talk about howmuch the producers of GTA 5 have made since the release of their game.

A lot of people think that the age rating on video games is correct, however, many also think that the ratings are not correct. I could interview a few of those people to get their thoughts on why that is and maybe either use it as an interview in my documentary or as a voice over.
