Props

• We have quite a few props that are needed to make our music video successful. The reason we are using a lot of them is because our video is concept therefore several things are taking place in such a short space of time.

• Some of these props include…

Microphone: We are using 2 of these bought in by us. Each for the band members to sing from.

Electric Guitar: Bought In by Parishti for the band as it fits the genre of the music.

Amp: This is just for effect on the set of the band performing. Borrowed by our school music department.

Drum kit: Borrowed by music department. Music is strong in drum sound so this creates effect. Every band has a drummer!

Heels: These are used when ‘Warrior’ girl is walking down alley. Significant as match with beat of music and are shown throughout video.

Disco light ball: Used for effect during the disco club type scenes

Shot glasses: We may use more then one or just one for the ‘Warrior’ girl in the club. Showing effect of drinking and partying

Spray Paint: We want this in white to write the word ‘Warrior’ by our graffiti artist

Black sheet: This is for the spray paint to be used on. It has a greater effect if in black because the white writing will stand out.

Lashes: This is simply for effect at the start of the song where we plan to have fire in the eye.

Locations

• With locations we are using several because, again, it’s a concept video meaning we want snaps of different areas captured fast. We took some pictures of some locations to show the ideas we are trying to get across of a more upbeat urban area.

Drama Hall: Chose this because its got alot of space and special lighting around the top of the room so we can use this for effect.

Brick wall: We are going to use a brick wall for the graffiti scenes to give off a more urban and realistic location for this type of writing.

Alleyway: We are using this for most of the ‘Warrior’ girl scenes because its dark, small, display urban area features and is typical of a girl walking on a night out.

Garage: This is a picture of my garage where we may hold a party type scene. If the doors were covered i think it could look really good.
