The Nervion Group is a corporate group that has enjoyed a long, successful track record. It is a household name on the Spanish market in gaming and horse racing betting, owning the Casino Bilbao, San Sebastian, Palma de Mallorca, Ceuta and the horse racetrak in San Sebastian. In June 2012 the group obtained the general licenses, granted by the Government of Spain, allowing them to offer online gaming and betting operations in horse racing and sports betting, classic casino, bingo and poker games as well as competitions.

Grupo Nervión

The undertaking was founded in Bilbao back in 1995 by businessmen of different

nationalities who shared a wealth of experience between them in the gaming and hotel

and restaurant industry. The group has extensive experience operating casinos in Spain,

making it an industry leader and setting the bar high when it comes to opening other

casinos and also setting high standards in staff development and training. Its gaming

establishments are envisaged as appealing leisure alternatives, aimed at complementing

what's on offer in terms of tourism and entertainment. Turnover exceeds 70 million US

dollars.

Nervion Group has four traditional casinos located in prime cities: Bilbao, a vigorous

service city and the most important one in the north of Spain; San Sebastian, a city that is

a household name when it comes to conventions, tourism training and the world of

cinema; Mallorca, an internationally renowned tourist destination, place of rest and retreat

for movie stars, singers and international jetsetters; in addition to Ceuta, essential city in

the north of Africa and required step towards Morocco and the rest of Africa's continent.

Since 2005 the group has managed the San Sebastian Racecourse, which is divided into

four business areas: a training centre for thoroughbred horses, organising the racing

season with 72 races in12 meetings during the summer months, operating the betting

network with French PMU and a multi-space venue for events.

The group contributes to providing the highest quality to the wide variety of services it

offers through its high standards of management, professionals and technology.

The staff at the Nervion Group, made up of more than 500 professionals with extensive

experience in the gaming industry, is growing steadily and they have a voice in the

business and are fully involved in ongoing training.

The range of leisure and gaming offered by the Nervion Group at its premises is

complemented by additional events of all kinds. All these contribute to promoting the

cultural, social and artistic events and facilities in the cities where the group operates.

Casino Bilbao

Casino Bilbao has enjoyed new and modern facilities in the heart of the city since 2011. Located in the same building as the former

Coliseo Albia Opera House, the site was completely refurbished to include a 4-star hotel, restaurant for events and function rooms, as

well as parking facilities and other services offered at this innovative multi-space facility.

The casino complex covers more than 6,000 m2 and offers classic casino games such as American Roulette, Black Jack, Stud Poker and

Mini Baccarat and other games such as Pai Gow Poker or the modern Texas Hold'em.

It is fitted out with the very latest in slot machines, featuring the newest models of video rollers, multi-game machines and the electronic

multi-player roulette, in addition to accumulated jackpots. All slot machines come equipped with the most modern collection and payout

system: the ticket in-ticket out (TITO) system provides maximum safeguards and security as well as the convenience of use in all

terminals.

Casino Kursaal (San Sebastián)

The city of San Sebastian has long been known as a

traditional tourist destination since the time of the Belle

Epoque and it was home to several casinos that served

Europe's Royal families, rich and famous at that time.

The Casino Kursaal is located in the city centre,

alongside the marina and the old town where some of

the very best restaurants are to be found.

The casino is housed in a historical building, set out over

four floors and offers the widest range of gaming, dining

options and function rooms. There is also a bookmakers

for horse racing and sports betting.

Casino Mallorca

In late 2011, the Nervion Group opened new

premises in Porto Pi, opposite the island's

cruise berth. They are modern facilities that

boast all the latest developments in the gaming

and the restaurant industry. The casino is

located in a central area with ample parking

facilities and access to very heart of the city's

tourist area.

Calviá Mallorca

It also has 50,000 m2 land of its old

premises in the tourist area of Calvia,

including over 16,000 m2 built in a leisure

complex featuring a hall for staging the

biggest events and shows in Europe. The

premises can accommodate up to 1,800

guests for (plated) dinner service while

attending concerts, musical shows or

dance performances

The entertainment complex with the largest

saltwater swimming pools in Europe,

designed by renowned architect César

Manrique, houses the Casino de Ceuta.

Set in a unique building and in a style

similar to the traditional fortifications, the

casino boasts a range of classic casino

games, slot machines and Texas poker that

attracts visitors to the city as well as from

nearby Morocco. It also has spacious

dining areas and function rooms as well as

terraces from where guests can enjoy the

stunning views.

División Hípica

The almost century-old horse racetrack in the city of San Sebastian, which opened in

1916, has been managed by the Nervion Group under an exclusive concession agreement

since 2005. The business focuses on four different areas, while at the same time being

complementary to racing and equestrian sports.

1. - High Performance Training Centre for thoroughbreds that are stabled throughout the

year and race in Spain and neighbouring France.

2. - It organises and promotes the summer horse racing season, one of the city's tourist

attractions which attracts many race goers and visitors.

3. - It operates under the brand Hipodromoa, a physical network of off track betting

terminals for French horse races, with its strategic partner: PMU. It offers live betting every

day of the year, broadcast live in Spanish and bet payouts are immediate.

4.-Grounds for cultural and social events for companies and other groups.

Casinos Ocio Online

In June 2012, the Government of Spain

granted the Nervión Group's company,

Casinos Ocio Online S.A., the general

licence to develop and operate online

casino, bingo and poker games, as well as

granting the additional licence for

competitions, organising promotions via

calls or SMS, on television, radio, internet

and in the press. Live Roulette is one of

the advantages offered by the Nervion

Group by operating land-based casinos as

it is the only place where the law allows

this type of gambling that combines the

excitement of roulette with the possibility of

playing roulette live online.

Apuesta Ganador Online

The rise in sports betting and horse racing

betting has been the reason the Nervion

Group submitted a tender for and obtained

the general license from the Government of

Spain in June 2012 to operate both forms of

betting online, in light of the recent online

gaming regulations.

Our strategic alliance with the giant of horse

racing betting worldwide, the French PMU,

means we can operate this type of betting on

the online channel.

Similarly, sports betting events such as

football, Formula 1, tennis and cycling will

also be offered on Apuesta Ganador Online,

which is set to launch in the coming months.

International Projects

In 2005, the Nervion Group together with

the company Egasa, submitted a public

tender held by the Government of Chile to

obtain a license to operate in the country.

The group obtained the concession to build

and operate a Casino-Resort Complex in

the city of Copiapo. With an investment of

USD 52 million, an area of 25,000 m2 was

built including a casino, nightclub, 5-star

hotel, convention halls, cinemas,

restaurants, bars, gardens, pools, gym and

spa.

Macao

The Nervion Group is involved in developing other

businesses in the international area. The group

recently opened an exclusive-premium bar, the Divine

Ultra Club, in the city of Macao which stages (upscale)

entertainment with world-class music, dance and

magic shows, as a first step to a near future gambling

operation.

Casino Playa de Palma (Mallorca)

Expanding and exploring new opportunities within the area of leisure, gaming and

entertainment is a priority for the Nervion Group. The macro project for a large resort

complex in the area of Playa de Palma is currently at the design stage of the project and is

expected to be completed by the end of 2013. There are plans for a 5-star luxury hotel with

over 300 rooms, restaurants, a pool, spa and a casino to be built on an area covering

43,900 m2, with an investment exceeding USD 100 million.
