I sing quite a lot at church with other friends, on my own and sometimes in big choirs. Music especially at church helps me to relate to other people and

makes it easier to have friends as we all share coming that is important in my life.

I have been singing since the age of 8 and I haven’t stopped since. From singing in

school, music lessons, concerts and even singing in the shower, my voice has allowed

me to open myself up and gain the confidence that I never once had. By

performing to groups and audiences. My music acts like a mask for me to hide who I

really am which is explored in Goffmans theory.

Though music has its beneficial factors, it also has its negatives. Because music has always been in my life, I had to make very sensible

decisions not to follow the negative factors of drugs and alcohol abuse that come with

music celebrities

NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF MUSIC!!

These artists were exposed to drug abuse and you would think

that this will send out a warning to the individuals following the music industry but its seems that things

have only got worse.
