A graduate of Television and Film Production at the University of Portsmouth, I am a very easy going but driven individual. I have a large amount of production experience which spans from my A level Film Studies to the present, in which I have produced and directed a number of films. I also have experience in a live studio format, both on the floor and in the gallery, which is invaluable. My studies have provided me with an extensive knowledge of film and television, which along with my technical expertise makes me an ideal filmmaker, runner, or production assistant.
My skills include a full UK driver’s license, competence with cameras, ability to edit (AVID & Final Cut Pro), proficient typing, and general administrative qualities. I have excelled in two office-based placements, which highlight my professionalism. I have had a number of setbacks throughout my life, but I always get on with it and with a smile on my face. I think it is this resilience that makes me ideal to work with.
EXPERIENCE March 2014 Hokey Cokey (Short film – Director) I was the Director for a major project in our 3rd year of University, which had an ambitious script. May 2013 2 Day Stand In – Take Off (Pilot) – Talkback ThamesI was responsible for standing in for contestants for game show pilot, hosted by Paddy McGuinness. March 2013 Dougal (Short film – Writer and Producer) I was the Writer & Producer for a short film in a group of only two of us. February 2013 Snakebite & Pitcher Pub Quiz (Camera Operator)I was responsible for operating a handheld camera for a quiz show, in a panel format.
