Lighting:

How well lit the site? Without the lights I will be setting up, it is dark because it is being

filmed at night.

Where does the light come from? The light is mainly coming from the ceiling light, the desk

lamp and the bright LED bedside light which is useful for a spotlight.

Will you require extra lighting? Yes

How will you white balance the camera? The Automatic setting, although I can enhance it

during post-production.

Sound and Noise:

Are there any background noises? Minimal

Are these natural or man-made? Man-made.

Will these affect the shoot? No, I will be able to reduce any unwanted noise in post-

production.

Health and Safety:

Electrical: Lights: Don’t touch the lights

Trip hazards: Charger cable: make sure it is not in the way

Fire hazards: None

Machinery: None

Site Evaluation: score out of 10. (10 being the best)

Suitability: How suitable is the location for the shoot? 8/10

Public usage: Will the area be used by the public? Could this be a nuisance? 10/10

Power Supply: Is there power supply? What will you do if the batteries fail? 10/10

Space to move: Is there space to fit equipment, cast and crew? 7/10

Lighting: Is the sight dark? Will you require extra lighting? 5/10

Sound and Noise: Will any background noise affect the shoot? 8/10

Health and Safety: How safe is the sight? 7/10
