Top Ways to Get the Department of Justice toIgnore Your Civil Rights Complaint
1. You must be black.
2. You must fax your complaint in to ANY officein the Department of Justice and allege a civilrights violation.
3. You must allege that one, or all of these peoplediscriminated against you: a. a police officer, b. a judge, c. a local official such as a mayor, city council person, attorney, or city manager.
4. You must fax your complaint in AGAIN and again.
5. You must allege that any of the people in #3INTENTIONALLY violated your civil rights under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI. This will ensure thatan attorney from the DOJ will call you personally totell you there is NOTHING that can be done for you.
The Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI is a “Code Word” for “Throw that Ni##er's complaint in the TRASH!”
* Filing a Civil Rights Act, Title VI complaint is acomplete nuisance to the DOJ because it means they have to make millions of copies offake DOJ letters to send out to deny jurisdiction of the complaints.

* Be a black person
* Complain about a judge, police officer, or local authority committing intentional discrimination underThe Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI
* Do this during the two-term presidency of a “black” man; this will ensure that you get completely ignored by the federal government under the “black” president's administration while pretending at racial“progress”. You and the rest of your community likethose in Ferguson will be well on your way to becoming21st century slaves of modern-day, slack-jawed neanderthalswho have completely run the country into the ground despite their undue privileges and failed criminal enterprises (e.g., the housingbubble, illegal wars, drug trafficking, etc.) that can no longer support their greed
