Ideas.• First Idea• Group of teenagers go to a campsite which has previously been the site where

several murders have taken place.• One of the boys is very mentally disturbed, his friends don’t know this because

he comes across as pretty average. When he was little he was taken away from abusive parents and was adopted by another family. But this messed him up in the head and likes the thought of killing people all due to the violence inflicted on him.

• All of the teenagers are brutally killed and has a gripping chase in the end

• Second idea• A mother is murdered by the man who raped her 18 years earlier because she

refused to get an abortion and so she had been running from him until he found her and brutally murdered her but made it look like a suicide.

• The killer, Harry, doesn’t know who his daughter is but is actually really good friends with her.

• The girl, Jaz, tries to find her Father and finds out that it is actually her friend Harry. He tells her the story with the use of flash backs and she runs.

• She runs away with friends and thinks its all fine until the brutal murders of her friends happen and the climactic capture and torture and escape end the film with the death of her Father.

Act one• Three girls running in a forest. One girl trips, Emily, but

the others don’t notice and carry on until they do. Then another girl, Alice goes back while Jaz goes back carefully. Alice is then grabbed unknown to Jaz until she hears a lot of twigs snapping and movement in the bushes. She goes to look and finds her friends dead and breaks down.

• The killer then comes up behind her and strokes her chin, then knocks her out. At this point the killers face is not shown because I didn’t want to give his identity away. The killer is Harry.

Act Two

The second act starts with Jaz talking to her mum and her mum is quite flustered and wants her move out of the area but doesn’t explain why. This is because her mum saw Harry. He is the guy who raped her 18 years ago amd has moved across the road. This scene ends with an argument and Jaz storming out. Harry is across the street and notices her and looks at the window where her mum is starring out at him and smiles.

There will then be a scene where Jaz explains to her friends what has happened She invites them back to hers but when they walk in the find Jaz’s mum dead but it looks like suicide.

Jaz doesn’t believe it was suicide and is struggling to work out why. She decides to back to her house to look through her mums stuff.

In this scene she approaches the house and swings the unlocked door open and walks past the blood and walks up the stairs always looking behind her. She looks through all her things but cant find a her own birth certificate. There is suddenly a loud noise and she hides under the bed someone with big black army boots walks up the stairs and walks slowly around then disappears. Smoke suddenly comes up the stairs and she realises that the person caught the house alight. She emerges slowly and confused and runs back to her friends only a few houses away. Although shocked by the experience she wants to try and find her dad (Harry) is to explain.

As she searches this part cuts between her search for him and his plans to get her. This goes on for a week. He follows her around to make sure. Then she talks to Harry for the first time. He was introducing himself because he was new to the neighbourhood and his condolences about her mothers death. She then notices the boots then looks up in horror.

Act Three

He tries to grab her but she gets away. She runs past her friends who start to run with her and she explain everything that’s happened. Then end up running through the forest and the whole opening sequence is repeated.

She wakes up to find herself strapped to a chair under a hard light. Something is moving in the shadows then Harry comes out and explains the whole story with the help of flashbacks and exactly why he wants to kill her. He wants to kill her because Jaz is his unwanted child and he doesn’t want any evidence of his past attacks. He then goes to attack her but she rocks the chair back and it breaks giving her the chance to get away. There is a huge struggle leading to the Jaz killing him the gun he used to her mum.

The whole film finishes with her moving away and the last scene goes back to where Harry is dead. He then breathes and opens his eyes.

Unique Selling points• My unique selling points for this film are:• The twists and turns in the plot for example the

fact that Harry is Jaz’s father.• The use of regular flash backs and scenes

being shown simultaneously and graphic matches to make the plot clear to the audience

• One more thing that will make this appealing to the audience is the fact that even though this is a horror movie, it has an exciting storyline to follow and isn’t just mindless violence and gore.

• There is gore in the film which is used to appeal to other members of the audience.
