We are considering using this area as it is dark and looks like it would be useful as a woodland area.

This is also being considered as it is open and would allow for some good shots, although a lot of these shots would need to be done at night. Furthermore I think this is a good idea because it is an area that could be able to bring the story into a realistic area that is similar to that of the script.
