Evaluation question 3 (3) What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why? We decided not to recruit a big Hollywood film producer based on two reasons. One reason was that we think that if we produced and released through our own studio it would give the film more of a raw look and feel. And another reason was that if we released it through our own production studio we would have complete creative control over what happened and how the film is made whereas if we got a Hollywood producer we wouldn’t get as much creative control as we would if we released independently. We also decided that we would distribute our film through small art houses we have decided this as it gives the film more exclusivity and gives the film a even more raw feel on the subject of a television film our film could be shown depending on how popular it is in the houses this also applies to mainstream cinemas. And eventually onto a home release if it proves popular with the public. The decision to release the film in a art houses relates to the mise en scene as niche audience and also it has a staggered release
