While not necessarily a Black Comedy, Inglorious
Basterds used elements in order to make up most
Of its violence in the film. We used the physicality of the baseball bat using killers in this film for the physicality of our zombie killer.

Eli Roths costume in Quentin Tarantinos Inglorious Basterds was inspiration for the films props and costume as well as one of the main responses for costume and props in our focus group. In particular the baseball bat and braces.
In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
Our film has taken inspiration from Inglorious Basterds costume and props. The physicality of Eli Roth as The Bear Jew has also been acquired.
15. In The Night Of The Living Dead they had no choice but to use black and white. To follow these conventions of old school horror we also used black and white.

Our black and white filter resembles the one in Night Of The Living Dead with the exception of lighting

We asked our focus group what weaponry they would expect to see in a Zombie film, with an overwhelming response being a baseball bat.
