By submitting your Submission in any Contest to Game Nation, Inc. (“GN”) you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are agreeing to the following terms between you and GN in exchange for entry into the Contest, which entry, you agree, is good, valuable and sufficient consideration: You shall retain no license to use the Submission for commercial purposes and hereby assign to GN all of your right(s), title, and legal and equitable interest in the Submission in the universe, now existing and in the future, and all related rights in the universe in the Submission, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights, trademark rights, all assignable business contract rights, all goodwill, portions, works in progress, and works of authorship relating thereto or the development, support, or maintenance of the Submission. You warrant that you are the original and sole author of the Submission and that you are not prohibited by any other agreement which would prevent you from agreeing to the terms of this Agreement and that you do not own, manage and are not employed by an organization in competition with GN. You understand that GN may use your submission for commercial purposes and grant GN the right to commercially use your name and likeness in association with your Submission and derivative works related thereto. Game Nation Inc. reserves the right to reject any submission at any time. Game Nation Inc. reserves the right to substitute “Prizes” with other prizes of substantially equivalent value at Game Nation’s sole discretion. Terms and conditions may be changed without notice.
