A creative space 一个创意空间

LostPensivos Films is now based in Shanghai Art-Designing Compound, Shanghai Media Entertainment Group, located in Caohejing Development Area downtown Shanghai. At 1000sqm, it is home to creative partners able to offer full-service video production, marketing/communication, design, and photography services. 罗家文化位于上海市中心的漕河泾开发区，上影集团美术设计公司大院内，面积达1000平方米，为从事影视制作、市场/公关、设计、摄影的创意工作者提供了一个理想的工作环境。

LP Films – 2011 – ABOUT US

LostPensivos Films’ first documentary, A Farewell Song, was a labour of love that began with an idea about making a music-based documentary in Shanghai. With the support of the British Documentary Film Foundation (backed by the UK’s Channel 4), it was finished as a feature film in 2006 and recut for TV in 2007. A Farewell Song has since played at many festivals and won awards including the Special Jury Prize for Documentary at the 2007 Syracuse International Film Festival.

罗家文化制作的第一部纪录片“阳关三叠”，缘起于制片人和导演想要拍摄一部关于音乐的纪录片。在英国纪录片影视协会(英国第四频道旗下)的协助下，这个纪录片最终于2006年完成，并于2007年完成电视版的剪辑。“阳关三叠”从此多次被各大电影节展映并赢得了包括2007年美国锡拉库扎国际电影节纪录片评委会特别大奖等多次国际奖项。

Over the years, we have produced several more documentaries, including, “A Documentary: the Making of the 2007 Special Olympics Opening Ceremony”, a behind-the-scenes look at how a team of international and Chinese producers crossed cultural barriers to stage the biggest live show China has ever seen.

“The Real Poseidon Adventure” (2010) The story of the British submarine that mysteriously sank off the coast of China in 1931, the sailors who survived against all odds, and their descendants, who are going back to China in search of the truth about what happened.

“A Farewell Song” (2007) A group of Chinese musicians who have retired from their state-backed orchestra reunite to perform a concert in their own right. As the event draws near, a sudden tragedy compels them to reflect on their shared past – 50 years of remarkable music that has kept them going through hardship and upheaval.
