•  Visual  impression  is  good  

Structure:  20%  

•  There  is  a  slide  with  the  problem  identification  

•  There  is  a  summary  slide  at  the  end  

•  Obsessive  calculations  are  moved  to  the  end  of  your  presentation    

•  Presentation  uses  bullet  points  not  text-­‐style  sentences    

Solution:  50%  

•  The  presentation  answers  all  the  questions  stated  in  the  case  

•  There  is  logic  and  arguments  behind  each  suggested  strategy  action  

•  Figures  and  calculations  used  to  justify  ideas,  where  applicable  

•  Risks  are  considered,  including  possible  negative  outcomes  on  other  segments  

•  A  logic  breakdown,  non-­‐justified  statements,  irrelevant  information  are  considered  as  a  minus  

Penalties:  minus  up  to  20%  

•  Presentation  is  above  10  slides  

•  Information  taken  outside  of  the  case  is  used  

•  The  case  is  solved  using  the  information  on  events  available  after  October  2008
