Activate your camera

and audio by clicking

on the Start my

camera and voice

button



The Talk function…

Hands free talking

You can lock your talk

button on by clicking on the

padlock (your talk button and

padlock will turn dark grey)



The Talk function…

Hold to talk

To turn your hands free off

again, click on the padlock –

your Talk button will turn

light grey. You will need to

hold the talk button down to

speak.



Take a still photo…

Click on the Pause camera

button to take a still photo –

this can help with

bandwidth / audio problems

in the room.



Pod options

In the Pod options, you can

make customise your video

and audio a little



Voice On

It’s a good idea to check that

your Voice On setting is set

at Multiple speakers to be

able to hear everyone in the

meeting room properly.



Audio quick fix!

To turn someone else’s mic off

when there is a lot of unnecessary

background noise, click on the mic

icon that appears under their

photo when you roll your mouse

over their name.

Don’t forget to turn it on again!



Stop camera & voice

Click on the Stop my camera

and voice button to take

yourself out of the Camera

and Voice pod
