Atrium Project Las Vegas4255 South Paradise Road, Las Vegas, CA USA

The property formerly known as the Atrium Suites Las Vegas Hotel, a new boutique hotel is poised to be launched in the heart of the fast growing “Harmon Corridor,” an area located near the Las Vegas ‘Strip’ that is on the fast track for growth as the new entertainment center. The project began with the acquisition of the property on September 5, 2007 for $50.5M and the subsequent commencement of remodeling and upgrades. The new hotel is scheduled to reopen

in 2009. As the project was taking shape earlier this year, the Spon-sors identified an exceptional opportunity that takes advantage of a shortage of upscale guestrooms and amenities in Las Vegas hotel marketplace. This proposal seeks additional funding for substan-tially upgraded facilities for a luxury boutique hotel that will offer 4.5-star amenities and significantly enhanced revenue generation capacity.

Gary H. BedianBusiness Bio

For more than 20 years, Gary H. Bedian has been developing unique and effective Strategic Business Alliances that have consistently produced significant capital gains and increased market share for his employers, clients and associates.

His ability to cultivate reliable global contacts, experts and resources is evidenced by an equally impressive port-folio of business includ-ing The Walt Disney Company (USA), NPO Transistor (Armenia), The Prudential (USA), Technopark (Russia), American International Bank (USA), ICD Com-mercial (USA), Haseko (Japan), Paramount

Group (USA & Germany), IDB Communications (USA & Lebanon), Enviro Board Corporation (International), Pacific Hotel Associates (USA & Armenia), WollnerStudios, Inc. (USA), U.S. Security Associ-ates (USA), International Hospitality Development Alliances (Rus-sia & Armenia), Financial Capital Investment Company (USA), and Namco Capital Group (USA).

In founding his international consulting and development company, BEDIAN INTERNATIONAL, and its subsidiary and affiliate con-cerns, Bedian built upon a strong foundation of corporate and eco-nomic discipline that he established while managing large accounts and holdings for Integrated Resources Inc., Fred Sands Realtors, and Paramount Group Inc. in North America.

His domestic expertise has translated into phenomenal successes for his clients with major business interests in foreign markets such as Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, and the developing econo-mies of former Soviet states. Beyond being successful in financial ventures, Bedian’s activities, corporations, and holdings have in-formed, enlightened and inspired a wide range of individual and institutional concerns.Bedian also carries with him a strong tradition of community in-volvement and pro bono work. His concern for his fellow citizens and cultural heritage is evidenced by a long list of honors, accolades, and organizational affiliations, among them a 1992 appointment to the position of Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade and Chief Advisor for the fledgling Republic of Armenia. Bedian is also the co-founder of the Armenian American Chamber of Commerce, the first ever Chamber of Commerce for a former Soviet Republic.

While many global investors shied away from participation in de-veloping economies, Bedian used his unique knowledge and con-tacts to introduce effective strategic business alliances into markets that were in dire need of investment and high level guidance. His commitment to the development of free market economies and civil society, combined with successful management techniques and the development of business concerns for commercial entities the world over, have forged Bedian’s reputation as a hands-on, pro-active con-duit between culturally diverse financial, entrepreneurial, develop-mental, and political interests.Born in Aleppo, Syria in 1960, Gary H. Bedian immigrated with his family to the United States in 1975 at the age of 15 where he attend-ed high school graduating in 1978. years old) and Tro (9 years old). The Bedian family currently resides in Los Angeles,
