SEASON 12

New judges have been added to the mix, and this

season so far is promising.




NEW JUDGES & AUDITIONS

As the auditions end and the lucky hopefuls head to

Los Angeles, things are really starting to heat up.

Here's a rundown of the first few episodes of

America's favorite talent show.




MEN V. WOMEN

This year to mix things up a little, the

producers decided to separate the men and

women during what is known as "Hollywood

Week".




WOMEN'S WEEK

The women will be taking their turn this coming

week. A few standouts from auditions include Isabel

Pasqualone, Rachel Hale and Adriana Latonio. Many

of these women have auditioned in previous seasons

and are back for another shot at Idol gold.




THE BOSSES

Looking ahead, Idol fans have a few things to anticipate

coming up in Season 12. There's been a lot of talk

surrounding the new judges this year and the buzz is that

Mariah and Nicki will hog the spotlight. Already they've

had on camera bickering spats and diva feuds. Keith Urban

is expected to bring a softer tone to the judging panel.




KEEP WATCHING AMERICAN IDOL

If you're a devout Idol fan, this year promises to

keep you on your toes all season long. The usual mix

of drama and talent will be ever present as the top 20

become the top 12 and so on until a lucky (and

talented!) new star is born.
