THE PRODUCT Our recipes are created by world-renowned mixologist Massimiliano Matté, who has collaborated with Alain Ducasse, Heinz Beck, and Daniel Boulud. Working with Matté, we tested hundreds of combinations of fruits, spices, extracts, teas and syrups to create truly delicious artisanal blends. They're made with fruit purchased in New York City and change seasonally: strawberries in spring, mangoes in summer, pumpkins in fall and persimmon in winter. Each season’s collection is based on research about flavor trends and is designed to reduce labor intensity, maximize profits and facilitate a high-end cocktail experience.

Our mixologist has 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry + Our CEO’s family has been in the hotel businesses for six generations.

THE PROBLEMS WITH CRAFT COCKTAILS 1. The quality and price of produce fluctuates. 2. High cost of labor (e.g. staff have to come in early to do prep work). 3. Fresh ingredients are expensive to buy in small quantities. 4. Bartenders require training, creating potential for error. 5. They’re not easy to make quickly. As the time increases, the amount served decreases. 6. Businesses can become dependent on their employees.

THE SOLUTIONS AJC PRODUCTS OFFER 1. Consistency of quality and flavor, and a stable price. 2. The process is less labor intensive, which means less prep work. 3. Blends are shelf-stable for six months – no refrigeration required. 4. Less qualified staff is necessary due to simplified production. 5. Increased volume while maintaining high quality, which means profits are maximized while quality remains constant.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS • Because the products are versatile, bartenders and mixologists can use their creativity countless different cocktails.
