At the night of the show1. The PayPal ticket sale will end a few hours before the show to allow you to

deliver the sales report to the venue and avoid confusions.(They can still purchase tickets via other forms, more later…)

2. Print the ticket sale report (see below) and bring it to the will-call booth at the venue

3. The fans will bring their phones with the transaction ID, phone number and number of tickets to claim their tickets at the will-call booth

What if I want to stop selling tickets?A few days before the show, a bunch of tickets left on the mobile

fan club service, you need to sell them at the door, return etc.• Go to the Gig Edit page on the portal, uncheck the “Sell tickets with

PayPal” box. Consider all the tickets that weren’t sold as yours to sell.• Add tickets gradually, we can tell you when the tickets are sold out if you
