touring performances, as well as shows by our resident groups: Hartford City Band, Hartford Community Chorus, The Hartford Players, and the Kettle Moraine Fine Arts Guild. In addition, we offer arts classes for all ages through our Community School of the Arts and host a variety of social and business functions throughout our facility.

Community Performances*As a regional arts center, several events in our 2012-13 Season are sponsored by surrounding communities. For those select performances, residents of that community have the opportunity to purchase tickets at the group price.  You'll find the discounted prices next to the event descriptions.

Student RUSH Tickets*Youth ages 13 to 18 and students with a valid college ID are eligible to receive a half price RUSH tickets one (1) hour prior to show time at the Box Office, pending availability.

For your InformationSeatingFor Schauer Center Mainstage and Family Series performances, the Ruth A. Knoll Theater opens for seating 30 minutes before curtain. Latecomers will be seated at a suitable interval in the program, as designated by the artist. For Tikes in Pikes events, seating in Pikes Peak will be available 30 minutes prior to show time. For the Club Pike Cabaret Series in Pikes Peak, cash bar and seating are available one hour prior to show time.

AccessibilityPatrons with special needs should notify the Box Office when tickets are purchased. Handicapped parking, wheelchair seating, audio amplification, and other special services will be on a “best efforts” basis and cannot be guaranteed. Sign language interpretation requests will be fulfilled pending advance request and availability of interpreters.

Weather-related CancellationsSchauer Center events are only cancelled if the performers cannot make it, due to the weather conditions. No refunds will be issued to audience members who cannot attend a scheduled performance.

Ticket DonationsTickets for Schauer Center events may be donated back to the Box Office for resale. Tickets that are returned at least 48 hours in advance are considered tax-deductible donations. A receipt of your donation can be provided upon request. All tickets are non-refundable.
