This pie chart shows the predicted target audience age made by the audience. I decided to question 20 people because this would make it far, and I can see if the way in which I have created my video has been success and if it clear to see that target audience.

This is the answered I aimed for because when comparing my music video to other music videos there are very similar aspects to it as there are videos in the music industry already.

This is the feedback I wanted because I aimed to have more close up shots in my video as I feel these shot types help convey the meaning and emotion in the male artist and because of this it is more effective and eye catching to watch for the targeted audience.

The majority of the audience answered yes as they said it reflects well on the meaning of the song, because most of the clothing is dark, such as the jeans and jackets. However one member of my audience survey answered no as they thought the costuming should have only had one change throughout the video not different outfits with similar looks.

9 people of the audience say that it is a performance structured video, 7 suggest it is a narrative structure and 4 people say it is a mixture. I am pleased with this feedback because it isn’t a certain structure type as I feel music video’s such as this one should have a variation of structures to it to make it more interesting to watch and so the audience can have a better understanding of the video.

By collecting this information back about my music video helped me analyse what aspects and features I would need to improve if I was to do this task again.

Another thing I have learnt by having this information back is if what I did do for the music video had a positive effect on the targeted audience or not.

The majority of the answers where what I aimed for the target audience to say once I had finished my music video. Even though I am aware my target audience wouldn’t all like the same genre of music or some of the shots I included within my video, but I tried to cover most aspects of different genres so it would attract most target audience.

I done this by using casual smart costuming, different scenes, a mixture of structures and some different shot types to give my video more of an edge to it, so it wasn’t all just one particular shot type and costume, which wouldn’t have gained as much interest from the targeted audience.
