Marking Shoes:

The high-precision marking hopper is made of special alloy finishing. It has good thermal conductivityto ensure that no deformation in use.

Material:1. The main bracket of road marking shoe: ductile iron, more resistant to heat, corrosion and

wear-resistant than gray cast iron.

2. The edge of knife: special carbide blade, more wear and prolong life.3. Rear blade plate: 40-chromium (gifted of steel, spring steel), more resistant to heat and not easily

deformed in order to seal and no leakage of material.Structure:1. Precision testing: all of the shoes will have a 24 hours of oil testing before delivery to ensure that

no leakage of paint.2. The knife edge: activity designing, adjust the angle of the road undulating ensure linear beautiful,

neat trimming, uniform thickness.3. Shoe configuration: front and rear heating system, flexibility to adjust the size of the fire

according to the outside temperature and the temperature of the coating, maintain optimum constructiontemperature of coating

Glass Beads Dispenser:

The manual glass beads spreader control the gear clutch through the steel wire. All the spread orstop,and the spreading width and speed can be adjusted flexibly according to the actual needs.

One-pass design is adopted in the transmission system to make the glass bead spreader stop workingwhen the equipment is moving backward,in order to reduce friction and extend transmission system life.

Warning Tips1. Add marking hopper oil frequently while heating.2. Marking hopper must be handled with care, avoid collision the alloy blade.3. To extend the drill life, fire should not be too strong.4. Pay attention to the wind direction when the wind is strong, to prevent burning rubber.
