• Fulford Parish Council: to consider current information concerning the development site as the site of the Battle of Fulford of 1066
• Resident of Springfield House: the interpretation of the condition as shown on the drawings would adequately protect the amenity of existing properties, which was the aim of the Inspector and subsequently reflected in the conditions attached by the Secretary of State
• Others Party: Additional traffic volume will exacerbate air quality in the Fulford Main Street Air Quality Management Area; The A19 and surrounding roads are already over capacity and cannot cope with additional traffic volume.
• To ensure adequate usable parking provision to serve the development in the interests of highway safety. Informative to highlight Council’s Low Emissions Strategy
