How to become a volunteer
...to start, you should be interested in helping others! …you need to think about: how, where and when you are willing to dedicate your time and become
a volunteer. Then you might think about the right organization you would like to join.

...keep privacy of the people you are helping ...be reliable
...be communicative ...be enthusiastic
...be aware of hard job...don’t expect refunds but be sure you get lots of mental enrichment

...willingness to help...motivation and ability not to get discouraged

...try to do your best to help...be reliable
...be happy to help during activities ...be a „team player“
A volunteer is...
...a person willing to devote his or her time, knowledge and experience to play an active part in helping others in various areas of our lives.
Where can he help?
...in the areas such as protecting the environment, fighting for human and animal rights, providing assistance during natural disasters and helping the elderly in nursing homes, children in foster homes
or patients in hospitals.
Volunteer’s Rights
...to know everything about the organization he or she wants to work for ...to be properly informed about the particular volunteering activity
...should be in contact with the supervisor of the volunteering organization...to get the complete training
...to get and to express his or her feedback
